I have worked as a counselling therapist since 2014. What you can expect is someone who is willing and able to listen to you beyond the words you say, and try to understand the context and realities with which you are faced that lead you to our time together. I focus on open collaboration with my clients to ensure that the care you receive is the care that you are ready for, with no judgement. Feel free to share as little or as much as you are comfortable. I accept local, regional, and some international clients

I am covered through Blue Cross and Non-Insured Health Benefits(NIHB). My designations are LCT (17-038) and CCC(8049). I am also a part of the Partners for Youth network.
